 We are grateful to those who knit and crochet prayer shawls to be shared with those who need to sense the prayers and encouragement of others.  If you want to know more about this group, please speak with Sherry Purdy or Major Janice.

.  Please join us as we continue to knit and crochet shawls and lap blankets for the sick in our church, our community, and any other individual for whom a shawl is requested.  We also knit/crochet baby blankets for our newborns.

Our Prayer Shawl Ministry continues to knit and crochet numerous shawls and lap blankets for the sick in our church, our community, and any other individual for whom a shawl is requested.  Our shawls have reached other Provinces and Countries as well! There’s a comfort in knowing that you are being prayer for.  Sometimes the physical reminder found when you wrap the shawl around you is enough to lift your spirits and heal your hurts.  If you are interested in joining with us on Thursdays at 11 a.m., here at the Church, we would warmly welcome you, or, if you would like to request a Prayer Shawl for a family member or a friend we would be happy to meet that request.  Please talk to Sherry Purdy. .
